The First Step to Planning Your First Dream Cruise

THE FIRST STEP TO PLANNING YOUR FIRST CRUISE

Cruising has become a popular way to vacation. Now that the COVID protocols are less strict it is easier and safe to cruise. If you have never taken a cruise before it can be a little stressful to know what type of cruise ship you should take. I remember my first cruise. I had a couple friends and my parents that took a cruise and had so much fun I couldn't wait to experience it myself. So my husband and I planned a trip for our 30th anniversary. We went to a Travel Agent who took care of all the details for us. We just had to show up. There weren't as many choices back then. Now I'm a Travel Advisor and I want to share what I have learned.

So how do you know which cruise is right for you? You want to make this a dream vacation that you will cherish for years to come. There are some things to consider before deciding. If you think about these before you start booking your trip it will be a lot less stressful.

Whether your a first time cruiser or planning another cruise, planning a cruise can be stressful because you want to make sure it is the right cruise for your personal likes or dislikes.

I have compiled what I've learned from training and from fellow Travel Advisors and have these simple steps to help you go from exhausted and confused to taking a trip that feels like a once-in-a-lifetime-experience.

The first step is to reflect on your dreams and expectations. Why do you want to take a cruise and what do you want to experience? Cruising is all about the experience.

Whether you've been thinking about a cruise for a long time or you're not sure where you want to go, I have made a guide that can help you take the first steps to a memorable vacation. Then you will be ready to book that cruise. I do recommend using a Travel Advisor that will be with you throughout your cruise. It will take a lot of stress off you.
